Hey there guys,


I've recently started a thread on the official forums, about starting up a google spreadhseet with the dismantle gain data.
Anyone around here feel like giving a hand to develop it?

Very interesting and congratulations, I hope this data collector will get more contributions :)
Regarding Atlantica-db, I'm more interested in formula/patterns, if someone finds them out it will be easy to integrate :)

Thanks for the compliment and let's surely hope that it gets a lot more contribution (even tho the values are slowly growing more solid) and the data gathering structure is being forced to grow too (which is good imho).

Regarding the formulas/patterns... those can be analised once we get a solid universe. So far what i've been noticing (it's hard to say without a solid high + universe) is that the amt of elements gained from each + is basically doubled...

Let's use some "fake" numbers just to explain:
+0 - Min: 20 / Avg: 24 / Max: 30

+1 should have: Min: 40 / Avg: 48 / Max: 60

A good example on this is the +0 & +1 weapon dismantle sample i've collected so far... let's wait for more data and see what we can make out of it :)

Maybe creating a separate line for each item might help find the pattern. I explain why:

I did some Craft/Dismantle with MyHome items and I noticed that the amount of souls I got from dismantling is related to the workload of the item, not 100% sure.
Since Craftsman's Souls are used for Evil Items craft, I think it is the same principle for Elements.

As we can see in the table for Provence items (first tier of items, i.e. spirit armor/weapon) the WL/Soul is around 350.000

I'm keeping a track on the items dismantled.

I'm talking with values out of my mind (i'm at work and didn't double check it now) but as far as I remember, all weapons have the same workload values.
The things that "move away" from those values are usually the off-hands (much lower workload) and i'm trying to find out if we get a different min/max/average.

MyHome seems to be a "different" system. There's another thread on the official forums about the formulas on that:

Well, we found the same result... Seems that I'm not that dumb... :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

The min-max is explained by the uniform distribution.

But for equipments and weapons it must be a less strict interval.
For MyHome items which have a strict interval, 62 items gave a pretty clear picture of the interval, but for a less strict interval, with more elements per item dismantled, you will need to run a huge test on a single item to find the interval.

Also, depending on the element the item gives the WL divider will change.

Conqueror weapons take 12.000.000 workload
assuming the min value, it'd be 800.000 workload/element
assuming the max value,it'd be 300.000 workload/element

If we jump to Freezing... it's 18.000.000 workload
assuming min value, it'd be 450.000 workload/element
assuming max value, it'd be 300.000 workload/element

If we keep going onto divine, it's 27.000.000 workload/weapon.
Assuming min value, it'd be 450.000 workload/element
assuming max value, it'd be 180.000 workload/element

So the values just don't add up to the MyHouse system (of it being a workload/soul ratio) :S


EDIT: Feel free to double check this info. All the data is public anyway :)
