What I read about new powersaw merc is, that he is going to have two AP-Spells (take AP from one merc to another / AoE -AP Spell) and a spell to either holyguard an opponents line oder dispel the magic, not sure and can be changed until release as always.

Is this true? It's possible to remake an enemy to become an ally. But the skills just looks like mwindo's great dispel skill

She may not be Puppeteer Rin; she also resembles a few different allies/quest giving NPCs - Sakura (who gives the skirmish missions at Shogun TBS), Sumi (the empress recruit NPC) and Daka (who is the quest giver in the Tatami Room - and is probably the closest colour match for the merc above).
