A sheriff sent by the Headquarters of Police in North America. Her battle skill was so excellent that she almost took the job of guarding Detroit instead of Christine, but she couldn't be officially appointed to the branch office because of her hot temper. She usually gets sent directly by the headquarters to arrest the dangerous criminals. She is known as 'Shotgun Samantha' among them.
