Once it's finished, click the icon at the collection window at the top corner of your screen to collect your items.

With enough crafting skill, you can make most items yourself.
Crafting can also be done through [Item Info].
If you look up [Healing Potion [I]] under [Medicine], you'll find the necessary ingredients listed.
